Water Curtain Booth Successfully Delivered to Kazakhstan

In March，2026, the custom-engineered Water Curtain Grinding and Spray Painting Booth developed by our company safely arrived at the facility of another prominent manufacturer in Kazakhstan. The on-site installation, commissioning, and systematic operational training have been successfully completed.

As one of our core environmental-friendly surface treatment solutions, this water curtain spray booth is engineered to meet stringent environmental filtration standards while ensuring user-friendly operation for front-line workers. Upon completion of the installation, our international technical service team conducted hands-on training for the client's operators and facility managers. The training sessions covered equipment startup, routine inspections, water circulation maintenance, and safety protocols. Currently, the equipment is officially operational, and the client has expressed great satisfaction with the craftsmanship and our team’s professionalism.

The two sides exchanged detailed views on core requirements such as sawdust collection efficiency, energy consumption optimization, explosion-proof safety features, and the improvement of workshop air quality. Leveraging our extensive experience in industrial dust control within the furniture sector both domestically and across Central Asia, our team proposed an initial conceptual layout, which was highly recognized by the client.
